UX research and usability audit for the Technology and Knowledge Transfer Office at Universidad de los Andes. The project focused on mapping user journeys and evaluating site navigation through interviews, competitive benchmarking, and architecture mapping to redefine the digital strategy for students, entrepreneurs, and corporate partners.
